"I think I shot them in 8mm film when I was in 8th grade. When I watch them after all these years, they strike me as a kind of time capsule - especially with all the friends who appear in them! Some of the immature expressions make me squirm but the things that interest me haven't changed all that much, it makes me question the wisdom of growing up. (laugh)" - Takami Minamisawa
